Can I order online and pick up at your retail store?
Yes! Choose the in-store pick-up option at check-out, and we'll have your order ready for you at our St. Joseph, Michigan retail store.
Please note that all in-store pick-up orders must be claimed within 90 days of purchase, or your order will be returned to the sales floor.
Where do you ship, and what are your shipping fees?
We ship orders to all of the lower 48 states. Free shipping is available for orders over $99 (excluding surfboards and stand-up paddleboards). For orders $150 and under, your shipping fees will be calculated at check-out.
Do you ship surfboards?
Yes, we are happy to ship surfboards under 8 feet long within the United States. Your shipping charges will be calculated at check-out. If you prefer to avoid shipping charges by picking your board up at our retail store in St. Joseph, Michigan, choose the in-store pick-up option at check-out.
Shipping is not available for surfboards over 8 feet long -- we offer in-store pick-up only. Please note that all in-store pick-up orders must be claimed within 90 days of purchase, or your order will be returned to the sales floor.
What payment methods do you accept online?
For online orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, PayPal, Google Pay, Facebook Pay, and Third Coast gift cards. We do not accept checks, cash, or credit vouchers. Credit cards that do not participate in the verification process will not be accepted.
Do I pay sales tax when I buy online?
If you live in the state of Michigan, you will pay state sales tax (6%). For customers outside Michigan, you won’t pay sales tax.
Do you offer any kind of payment plans?
Yes, for orders of $150 or more, you may be able to pay in four interest-free installments. Choose the Sezzle option at check-out to learn more and find out if your order qualifies.
Did you get my online order? When will my order ship?
You'll receive a confirmation email soon after placing your order. Orders will be processed for shipment within 1 to 2 business days of receiving, not including weekends or holidays. If you have not received an order confirmation within one business day of placing your order, please contact us at email@example.com or 269-932-4575 ext. 1.
I ordered the wrong stuff, or I have another problem with my online order. What do I do?
No problem! Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get it taken care of as soon as possible.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy; if you are not completely satisfied for any reason and need to return something, please contact us at email@example.com.
Your original sales receipt must accompany all returns. All refunds will be given in the same currency used for the purchase (i.e., a specific credit card, gift card, etc.). We accept returns for exchange or refund within 30 calendar days after purchase of the product, or store credit (in the form of a gift card) within 30-60 days. After 60 days, all sales are final; we do not offer refunds or exchanges after 60 days. Items must be in "new, unaltered, and unused condition." The definition of "new, unaltered, and unused condition" is as follows:
- The item(s) show no sign of wear or damage in any way
- The item(s) must have all tags and be in original packaging, if applicable
- Excludes special or custom orders (no returns allowed)
- Closeout item(s) of 40% or more off are returnable for store credit only
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Items that are defective and shipped from us, or items that you did not order but received from us, will qualify for store credit (in the form of a gift card) or a refund. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless item was shipped from us as damaged, or defective, or incorrectly.

We are happy to exchange item(s) you purchased for the same item in a different size within 60 days of your purchase. You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. We will then cover the postage to ship the exchanged item(s) back to you. All sales are final after 60 days.
